    Good to hear all was fine.

    I have used the patches. The adverse reations I didn't care for but the water was very choppy and I did need them. Usually I can get by with taking two ginger pills with each meal. You can also get hard candy with ginger.

    I have gotten sick with the motion since I stopped using the patches but usually it isn't too bad. The ginger for the most part takes care of it all.

    If you are talking about the pickled ginger they use with sushi, I love the stuff. It is so good. Maybe this is part of the reason I do not get sea sick onboard.

    yes, any form will work My daughters have tried them all and they all work!
