From the Disney Cruise Line website:

Women who have entered their 24th week of pregnancy as of their embarkation date will be refused passage due to safety concerns. Neither a physician's medical statement nor a waiver of liability will be accepted. In addition, Disney Cruise Line cannot be held responsible or liable for any complications relating to pregnancy at any stage. Infants under 12 weeks old will not be allowed to travel aboard Disney Cruise Line ships.

The general rule of thumb is check with your doctor if planning to travel during pregnancy. Most women seem to have no problem with travelling during the second trisemester. You're past the usual time for miscarriage and morning sickness. If the pregnancy is progressing normally, then your OB-Gyn will give you a thumbs up. The third trisemester is discouraged because of the risk of early labor and other conditions that would require bedrest and being under the doctor's care.

Also keep in mine, basic prohibitions:
no soft cheese (possible listeria), watch types of seafood (mercury poisoning)
types of exercise you should keep doing or should avoid
    avoid smoky areas

Yes I did cruise while pregnant. And it was with RCI. Only issue I had was that you are suppose to tell them how far along you are, get a dr. note with your due date and fax it in. Only thing was, noone asked. It was like I didn't even have to tell them.

    Good Luck.

I didn't have any problems. I did eat a lot of green apples though. Not for sea sick but heartburn. They helped me.

I got a go-ahead too. I was about 19-20 weeks along. The only problem I had was with a temporary crown (to replace one that fell off). The new crown wasn't going to be ready until after my return but the temp kept coming off.

I have a 5 year old daughter as evidence that you can definitely GET pregnant on a cruise!
