Thread: Water Aerobics

Has any cruise line had water aerobics on a ship? I know they have gyms, but I exercise in the water because of bad knees and back surgery. On the other hand, I suppose ship pools are not large enough. Just a thought.

It's a good question. Many of us would love to excercise in the water. Hope the cruise line reads this. I have a bad knee and I swim and do water aeobics with the Park and Rec for seniors, don't tell them I'm not a senior. Hey why should they have all the fun.

I haven't found one yet that has offered water aerobics. I teach senior water aerobics (being a senior myself I get a lot of benefit from it) and always find a way to do some in the warm water pools. On the Celebrity ships there are the Thallasotherapy pools which are ideal for this.

Add me to the list...I absolutely LOVE my water aerobics class. I joined about a year ago and have never felt better. I have bad knees too and walking was wearing on me. I'm not a senior yet, but I truely enjoy all the seniors I swim with! I sure wish they had a class on the ship.
