Oasis "on" the Seas

Last year, we had the pleasure of sailing on the Oasis of the Seas. The rooms were a tad smaller than on the rest of the line, but just as nice. We typically have a Junior Suite, but had a balcony superior on this cruise. The food was great and you had plenty of room to walk it off. This ship is huge! Because there are so many people going to breakfast at the same time, they open Johnny Rockets for breakfast at no additional cost. The Cental Park Deli is fantastic. I hear a lot of people saying that they had difficulty getting in to shows. Simply untrue! You can book all of your shows in advance on the RCCL website. We booked ours months in advance. I do not normally go to the shows, but went to every one on the Oasis. One night due to high winds, the water show was cancelled. They re-scheduled it for another night for the people holding tickets from the previous nights. If you get bored on this ship, you have a real problem. We are booked on the Allure and cannot wait.

We sailed the Halloween cruise out of Baltimore. Embarkation was a little different than usual, but went smoothly. When pulling up to the terminal, they take your luggage prior to parking, so make sure that you have your passport and sea pass paperwork...
Cruise to BermudaThis was our second time aboard the Enchantment of the Seas. We sailed the Halloween Cruise to Bermuda. Port check-in and embarkation went smoothly and we were on board within minutes. The ship is older, but has been updated. Our room was clean and wel...

We travelled to the Caribbean to complete east & west back to back cruises. We felt travelling that distance for seven nights would not give us time to recover from jet lag, and so it was. We were on deck eleven at the rear starboard side of the ship....
Oasis of the Seas - Itself a DestinationAlthough the sheer size of the ship intimidates many passengers, I absolutely loved all the extra amenities and options. The Oasis is so massive that it feels like you are at a large hotel or resort rather than on a ship. We never felt the movement o...

Oasis of the Seas Thanksgiving CruiseCABINS The best cabin I've ever had on any cruise ship, period! We had a balcony room (10278) which had the good layout with the bed by the balcony door so we had plenty of room to access our closet. The bathroom is well laid out and felt spacious, an...
Awesome ShipWe were lucky enough to go on the Inaugural Cruise year on May 1st to 7th to the Eastern Caribbean and on the Inaugural Cruise to the Western Caribbean from May 8th to 15th, 1010. It was an experience we won't soon forget because of the size and ameni...
Amazing OasisWhere can i begin? There is a wide range of things to do for all ages. From a H20 Zone for the kids to a adult's only Solarium. The choices on a ship of this size is endless. I particularly enjoyed having a go on the Zip Line, riding the first carouse...
