Boarding - Fast efficient, hanging clothes bag dumped on floor at door with wrinkled clothes.
Cabin - Very nice, but seemed a little small. Houskeeping service was outstanding and very friendly.
Room service prompt.
Food -
Reqular restaurant(Moonlight Sonata) had excellent service and very good food. Brunch Buffet was too crowded and disorganized.
Specialty dinnig - Tuscan Grill was great, Mirano(french) had good food, but was too stuffy for my taste.
Oceanview Cafe(Buffet) - Crowded at times. Food good.
Bars - Table service was slow to non-existent when busy. I have found this to be true on many cruises.
Entertainment - Saw one show which was very good. Glass blowing display was very interesting.
Shore excursions - The one I booked through Celebrity has bus issues and we were stranded for a couple
of hours. Celebrity was very undestanding and credited our account after we filed a complaint. At one port
the computer malfunctioned and we had to line up for a while to reboard.
The Elclipse was the largest ship we have been on and except for the buffets, it did not seem too crowded.
Dispite the above concerns, we had a very good cruise and would go on Celebrity again.
