Recently we cruised with Carnival, starting at San Juan and returning to San Juan. HORRIBLE service, food inconsistent, buffet was the worst, we saw room steward 1 time, we witnessed children running uncontrolled after complaints were registered, we witnessed the aftermath of a woman being accosted by a man (she was thrown against the wall breaking a phone). This was all about the man's children running around like crazy. Did not receive discount for 8 or more cabin bookings, had to call travel agent to receive.. When I requested cream for coffee at dining room table, I was told it was somewhere on the table.. Server at dinner, one had horrible smoke smell on clothing, the other needed deordorant (it was bad).. I could go on but will stop here.. We (20 of us) will not be going back to Carnival. Carnivals response is "sorry" we take you seriously, but nothing they can do.. and hope you come back.. WHY would we?... This was Carnival Victory.
