Tropical Storm Nicole, Need I say more, No. I love the lower staff... Upper Management is delusional. most need a reality check, I know you have to be professional, but you need to come back down to earth and treat the person in front of you like a friend and shipmate not an inconvenience... I enjoy the cruise, but it is the waiters and stewards that make your experience that counts...!
We made one of the three ports scheduled, but Captain should have saved the fuel, and kept us in the sun... we went to Jamaica two days steaming out of Galveston directly into the storm... with Navigational aids being what they are today there is no reason... Biggest problem was "Z E R O" communication from the bridge. Our c.d. Chris is a great guy, and funny but when it comes to ship operations we really want to hear it from the Bridge.
Enjoy Your Cruise, Capnmike...

Conquest trip 5Just got back from our 5 cruise on the Conquest. We really had a lot of fun. We always book an inside cabin, as we just use the cabin to sleep in. Shore excursions: booked through Carnival. We did the Alantis tour in Nassau. It was great. Had a grea...
Carnival boring sad and miserableThey cancelled the deck activities on a beutiful day and we missed them , so many miscommunications, no more coffee on both sides of restaraunt. raw lobster, mean bartender, crowded prize drawings in a small area. The ship just seemed like a money hu...
Carnival Conquest - 11/30/2008We arrived early, thinking it would speed things along. I dropped off the hubby with the luggage at the terminal and went to park the car at EZ Cruise. I caught the shuttle bus back to the terminal an old school bus (maybe I *should* have parked at ...
