Happy Holidays Everyone!!!!![]()
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me! I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.
Tell us how you celebrate the holidays ? Thanksgiving and Christmas
Last year we were so fortunate to celebrate three holidays on the Island Princess: Christmas, Hannukah and the New Year.

Happy Holidays everyone!
We are cruising over Halloween this year. For Thanksgiving I typically make a big turkey dinner, even though it's just the two of us. This year we are going out of town with DH's boss & wife to their condo on the coast. For Christmas we are having a quiet holiday at home, our last before the baby comes!
Let your conversation be gracious and attractive, so that you will have the right response for everyone.

This Thanksgiving will be a special one for us. It's been many years since I had all 3 of my children here for Thanksgiving. My 2 sons live in Denver and my daughter lives 50 miles up the road. This year will be the last one we have in the house they grew up in, so it'll be a walk down memory lane. We'll be putting the house on the market and moving to North Carolina in the near future.

In Sept, I already saw some stores in the Xmas mood! It isn't even Hallowe'en yet!
So, let me wish you all a Happy Hallowe'en (not too much candy, now!)
a Happy Thanksgiving (not too much turkey, now!)
a Happy Christmas (not too much eggnog, now)
a Happy Channukah (not too many latkes, now)
and a Happy New Year (not too much champagne, now)
Do you get the idea that I relate holidays to food?
Our Hobby Lobby store had four isles of Christmas decorations out in July! Yikes!!!
