Thread: santorini,greece

santorini is one of my favourite stops in the mediterranean, It is part of the rim of a volcano, the flooded crator is where the cruise ships dock. To reach the top you can go on the cable car or a donkey ride.. where you find a vast selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, lovely little church and buildings all painted white. the views are fantastic. A choice of tours to visit the lost city of atlantis and the charm of santorini were available but i loved exploring the shops and sitting at the cafe feeling on top of the world. Next visit i will do a tour. will try and add an attachment of the little marco polo on the left with another two cruise ships taken from the top of the rim. kiki
