Just adding a little info. The Vision Class ships are actually 3 different series of ships.
The Rhapsody and Vision being the largest and almost identical. They both have a gross tonnage of almost 78,500 tons.
The Splendour and Legend are the smallest ships in the Vision class with a gross tonnage of just over 70,000 tons.
The Enchantment and Grandeur, originally both at 74,000 tons, the Enchantment after stretching now at 80,000 tons.

The Legend and Splendour are very different from the other 4 ships in the Vision Class. As far as having public area on deck 4 and 5, where the public areas on the other ships are on decks 5 and 6.

We were just on the Grandeur of the Seas in September doing a 9-night Canada/New England cruise out of Baltimore. I asked this very question of the Captain and he said the Grandeur is not going to be stretched. Didn't give a reason, but as far as he knew there were no plans to stretch it in the future.

Straight from the horse's mouth, so to speak.

RCI abandoned the plan to stretch the Grandeur earlier this year. They are waiting to recoup some of the money spend on the ship refurbishments they did recently and are focusing more on new builds. The idea is not totally dead, but for the time being there's no immediate plan to follow through with this project.

With the slower economy, I am not surprised that they would slow down on the stretching program.
