I am thinking we are going to get the bus pass...it runs continually around the tiny island...I gotta get to a beach there...pretty much all I am doing on this cruise....lol

Yes...we made it, lol...I forgot about this thread, lol.

We did the Guana bus tour. The island is only 7 miles long or 5 (don't remember) but too far to walk...there are wild horses just roaming around....the bus takes you to the light house, Her Majesty's Prison...there are actually 3 stops...the light house area offers fabulous views! There are migratory birds here...there are two paths to walk along to see different views of the ocean...
I loved the untouched beauty of this island...it isn't built up yet. There are no huge hotels etc. Not yet anyway. You will see signs for the future growth of the island. The dock is nice...perfect actually. you will come through a small welcome area...and then some shops...some are stores, there is a Goodmark jeweler's there, and Jimmy Buffett, being the great marketing people he hires, has a Margarativille there.

I am afraid to see what happens on this tiny island when they build it up and commercialize it too much!

It was awesome...I would go on a cruise with this stop in a heartbeat...

It isn't lush and tropical...it is just a sweet little island.
