Thread: Grand Princess -- bow work

I see that the Grand Princess is having some bow work done -- anyone know why?

Perhaps they were replacing the place where the bow anchor comes out of? I'm not too sure.

The major work is being done of the aft of the ship. Skywalker's is being totally removed. The back of the ship will look completely different when all is done!

The steel plates on the Bow in the area shown need to be replaced so they are replacing them since the ship is in for major refurbishment, that's all Yonnie

Did you forget bow means front of the ship? Or maybe the original poster did.

My understanding is the middle of the ship got tons of work done because the International Cafe and Vines are in the piazza area. It wil lbe interesting to see where they put Alfredo's, which I definitely will go to if the other ships get it during their drydocks.
