    Congrats on your booking!! Please let me know how it was, we are thinking of booking the Grand in 08!! I just love the Grand Class!!

    Maybe more will show up?? There's a thread on the "other board" with a lot of people. This is supposed to be an Awesome ship!!!!! It's great to have a cruise coming up pretty fast to look forward to. We will have to check out the excursions!

    I'm not on your cruise, but I live near Galveston. If you have any questions about Houston or Galveston, I will try to answer them.

    Which air port would be easier to fly into? It is cheaper for me to use the IAH one, but If it is easier for the othr one I will consider.

    Barb we had a car pick us up in Houston and take us to Galveston. Reggie rented a car in Houston.

    I wish we could all just jump in and cruise with you guys on this one too.

    More airlines service IAH, so it is probably easier to get into that one. Hobby (HOU) is half the distance, but fewer airlines fly there, and those that do usually make you change planes at least once. I try to fly out of Hobby because it's closer to home, and that gives me an extra half hour to pack, but only Southwest is cheap enough to make it worthwhile.

    Both airports are close to Interstate 45, which is the highway that goes straight to Galveston, so it is a pretty easy drive either way, not including traffic.
