You're still over a year away right? Are you still recruiting from the DS? LOL!! Four weeks from today we get on a plane to fly to L.A. I can't wait! Another snow storm is supposed to come in today. Sheesh!

Actually there was already a roll call for my sailing - amazing! One group looks pretty fun, he's the only one who I'm corresponding with . . . but far be it for me to try to recruit anyone over here at this point! I'm running out of screen names - LOL!

Eric is back in Bowling Green, OH for the last 3 days -- fortunately, he's already checked out and driven up to somewhere an hour north of Detroit and then he flies out of Detroit. BUT, they are still slated to get snowed on. Oh well.

We were supposed to have flurries today - and ended up with about an inch and a half

- they don't know squat!

We are very excited. We are just hoping for nice warm weather and a lot of sun, if we have that it will be great.

Hi Lena! I've been checking Accuweather for the long term forecast. As of right now it looks like it should be in the low to mid 80's at all our port stops. Upper 60's to low 70's coming and going from L.A. We've never done the Mexican Riviera. I hope Accuweather is right about the temps. That sounds like heaven to me because we're from Indiana and this has been a llooonnnnggggg winter! This is our 3rd cruise and we are hooked for sure. You are going to love it!

I have a one night cruise on the Norwegian Sun next month, then the Crown again in October, yesssss. I see yours is next week. Have a great cruise to the Riveria. I will be in Cabo long after you leave.

Dad!!! Yep, we're in the final countdown now. Yippee!!! Sort of wish we were doing the Caribbean again but oh well! Have fun on your cruises. I'm so jealous you'll be on the crown again.

Thanks for the info. I just wondered if it is cool in the evenings aboard the ship. The weather sounds just like we have it here in southern California. I hope I do enjoy this first cruise.

Lena you will love it! You may want a light jacket or sweater for the evenings. If you are outside it is pretty breezy and sometimes the showrooms and/or dining rooms can be a little chilly. Based on the forecast I'm a little concerned it might be a bit cool even in the daytime the first day out and the last day back. We're from Indiana though so we can take it a little cooler than those of you from warmer climates.

I'm running around like a chicken with its head cut off getting ready to leave Friday afternoon. So much to do and so little time, hahaha.
