Gaido's! Gaido's! Gaido's!

Also for those not in the know - Casey's is next door to Gaidos and is more casual, less expensive and yummy too. Same owners but the preparation is simpler -more fried seafood.

Another great place right off the Strand - Paradise Bakery for breakfast. We had a free breakfast this time at Hotel Galvez but when we stayed at Harbor House we walked to Paradise both mornings. Great breakfast, great price and a lovely small town bakery atmosphere.

I think it was called Paradise!!

Balinese Room is a great - let's meet and have a few drinks place. Beautiful old place that has been restored - on the Seawall across from Galvez. Live music so it's a great spot for the night before.

October may hard for us - we generally go late november. plus with an april cruise we're notsure we'll have enough vacation days left for another one in 06 although we are planning on it.

oh - when I mentioned Balinese I meant it's "Let's meet place" not Hey let's meet there place. Although ---- if it happened, that would be the place to go!
