Like you I have problems with my neck (thanks to a car accident) so doing crunches are out of the question - too much strain.

I did see the other poster and I think I had a "chat" with them. Except for the regular posters, I cannot remember who I've "chatted" with on these boards sometimes. A sign of age or too much information in the brain that needs to be downloaded. A think a cruise is in order!

I'm sure things will be better at work tomorrow. I'm going to hide as much as possible. I'm in the same business as your husband - not a lawyer but one that does all the research and work for the lawyer - i.e. a paralegal.

Hope everything goes smoothly today! When my DH has an aggravating day, I tell him it will pass. As long as we are healthy, all the unpleasant experiences disappear and hopefully get replaced with goodies!

You are soooo correct. Life is too short to let others get you down or frustrated. My goodies should be arriving in about a week's time - i.e. my Ivana jewellery.

BTW, thanks for the frubals! I never can get them right - I always want to give more but I never do. How do you give lots of frubals?

Had a minor "scare" today. For some reason I was checking our flight information on American Airlines' website, and I couldn't find our flights (to San Juan and back). I saw that there was a slight change to our flight to SJU, but the flight information I found for the return flight was unbelievable. We were scheduled to fly into JFK and then connect to a flight to Toronto. That flight has gone from the schedule and they put in a flight that arrived in JFK early evening but didn't leave until the next morning!! That would have meant a 14 hour layover.

I immediately got a hold of our travel agent, who called American, and yes our flights have changed. The way out is ok and has only changed slightly. However, our flight back is now connecting through Boston. Phew!! I thought I was going to have to book a hotel in New York (wouldn't mind if I had more time to spend in New York).

You have to keep on your toes at all times. Our travel agent is also going to check into why she wasn't notified of these changes.

Thanks for telling me. Our flights have already been changed once. I think originally we were leaving San Juan at 1 pm, and now it's noon. Hope they don't make it any earlier. I did my own flights. Enjoy the weekend!

To take a page out of Britney Spears - "Oops I did it again". I went to a clothing party on Sunday and bought more clothes. I can justify the purchases because I can bring them with me on my cruise.

Thumbs up I hope you start posting again

I was really enjoying all the stories and info for your cruise.
I'm planning a cruise about a year after yours and was really enjoying this thread. Please keep posting and I'd love to see
a review when you return.

Hi Reggie. Have you booked your Feb. 2008 Galaxy cruise?

We only have 83 days to wait and wait for our cruise. I've got everything I need for the cruise and only have a few things to do like take the evening gown to the dry cleaners. I even have my suntan lotion - bought that just after summer - hard to find it in February in Canada.

Are you doing the 10-night or 11-night cruise?

I started a thread. "The long and the short of it" trying to get some feedback on
which Southern cruise to take. I've never been to any of the ports on either the 10 or 11 night cruise. There are pro's and con's to each of them. I see you are doing the 10 night cruise. Why did you go that route?

HI Reggie. We decided on this itinerary for a couple of reasons: 1) there are three islands we have not visited yet and 2) we have a credit with Celebrity that needs to be redeemed by May 2007.

The three islands we have not visited yet are: Tortola, Curacao, and St. Maarten. I'm looking forward to going back to Barbados because the last time I was there I did an all day snorkeling excursion so I didn't get to see any of the island. This time I will be taking an island excursion. This next cruise we will be visiting Aruba for the third time. Personally I don't see the attraction to Aruba. Most of the island is arid and once you've been there twice and done the island tour and a snorkeling trip there isn't much else left to do; although we have found somethime to occupy our time there in March. We're not sure what we will be doing in Grenada and St. Lucia because we were just there this year.

The 11-night cruise you are looking at, does it go to Dominica and St. Kitts?
