We booked this cruise back in Aug. 07. At the time it seemed a long way off, but here it is now just 4 months to go!!! We are booked with two other couples.

Hello everyone! Just checking in ! We are staying 4 nights in Rome at the Lancelot Hotel, which is next to the Colosseum.

By the way, I'm pretty sure that TeeDee had to cancel this cruise.

I also see that TeeDee is not engaged in this cruise discussion. That seems to indicate that something is wrong. She is a constant chatterer. If she has dropped off this cruise, I wish she would let us know.

My husband and I are sailing on this trip. It is our second transatlantic and we love it.

My husband and I will be taking this cruise along with our college age daughters. The flight arrangements are thru the cruiseline (we have never done that before but the flight was included in the price) so we are hoping for the best. We fly in and out of Atlanta which makes direct flights more likely....not sure if we're that lucky though.
We are really looking forward to a great time. though I'm not sure how to pack for a 16 night trip....especially with this awful trend of airlines charging fees for a second suitcase!

We also had air included in the price of the trip. Usually the flights are pretty good. None are direct. Packing will be interesting. This ship does not have self serve laundry rooms!! None of Celebrity does, but you can look at their site and get a list of dry cleaning and laundering prices. Since it won't be hot, plan on wearing the same things several times. That's the only was I can figure. I'm also taking things I would have otherwise given away and before I catch a plane home, I will throw them away
