		COAST GUARD ISSUES 72-ALERT FOR TROPICAL STORM HANNA

September 02, 2008

The U.S. Coast Guard has issued a Condition Whiskey 72-hour alert for Tropical Storm Hanna beginning at noon today, Tuesday, September 2, 2008. 

Port customers should take due diligence to prepare for potential storm impacts. 

All facilities should begin removing all debris and secure potential flying hazards. Container stacking plans should be implemented.
