I was also thinking water taxi - with a group that large maybe just charter one - they have several charters available. Or split up into groups according to interests and get an all day pass.

1 more question! I was thinking of taking the airboat ride and my mother said you don't do that in Ft Lauderdale you do that in Miami, but they offer it. Is it better to take this excusion in Miami or what? I'm clueless, because I don't know what to expect.
