My personal favorite is La Quinta/Airport!!!
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me! I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

You also have Comfort Suites, on US1(Federal Hwy) and 17th St Causeway, Embassy Suites, AmeriSuites, Holiday Inn Express,and Renaissance Hotel, and Hyatt Pier 66 hotel on the east side of the bridge.These are the closest to the port, and I'd reccomend any one of these. Lots of restaurants, shopping, etc on 17th St Causeway in walking distance.
If you want to be on the beach, which is about a mile east, there's Sheraton Yankee Clipper, Marriot Harbor Beach, and Best Western Oceanside Inn, all next to each other. There is also a Best Western Marina on the east side of the Port.
La Quinta Inn/Suites Airport, is south of the Ft Lauderdale Airport in Hollywood. It is further away from the port than the ones mentioned above.
