Nope, this one is it, and southern is ahead!! The winner will be the destination!!![]()
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me! I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.
I like the BIG ships....I would go on either....can you change your vote though? I have to say that I am disappointed to see so many votes for Southern....Originally Posted by irishkat

Navigator is one of those big ships John.

Ships that sail the Southern Caribbean for RCI are:
Adventure of the Seas - one of the Voyager class: has the skating rink, the shopping Promenade - with Cafe Promenade, the great snack bar that's open almost round the clock, high speed internet available in your cabin, Johnny Rockets, and one specialty restaurant, Portofino. Here is its regular itinerary for November:
Serenade of the Seas - one of the Radiance class: has the golf simulator, elevators that look on the water, the Seaview cafe, dial up internet in your cabin, and two specialty restaurants, Portofino and Chops. Here is its regular Caribbean itinerary:
Empress of the Seas - in a class by itself, RCI's oldest ship. It recently underwent an entire redo, but the rooms are still some of the smallest at sea. For those of you who are interested in suites, only the Royal Suite has a bathtub. Only Suites have balconies. While this ship makes mostly 3 and 4 day cruises, she also does "10 ports in 11 days" and some 8 day cruises. No inroom internet, but it does have one specialty restaurant, Portofino.
Here is an 8 day itinerary scheduled for Nov. 9, 2006: San Juan, Puerto Rico; Philipsburg, St. Maarten; St. Johns, Antigua; Basseterre, St. Kitts; Castries, St. Lucia; Oranjestad, Aruba; San Juan, Puerto Rico
