If I will only be there from 7:00 - 3:30 pm, what can I do? I am assuming that there is enough time on my own to go to Nice and Monaco, but I'll have to miss Eze.
Or should I really try to make it to Eze and skip either Nice or Monaco?
Thanks Terry. I've decided that I'm going to take a train from Villefranche to Monaco/Monte Carlo in the morning. I'd like to see the changing of the guard. Then in the early afternoon, I'll take the train to Eze before coming back to Villefranche.

We will also be in Monaco. I confess that other than the casino I know nothing about Monaco. We dock in Monaco and I was planning to head to Eze, maybe we should stick around Monaco instead???
Any info would be totally appreciated!!
P.S. JstDucky- I have been to Villefrance, it's great place to have a late lunch with a wonderful view before heading back to the ship. Villefrance is beautiful!!

When I was in Monaco, we did the palace, casino, Jacques Cousteau museum and then just people watched. The beaches are also an option depending on the time of the year.
I also did lunch in Villefrance. There were many places to chose, and you are right about the view. Spectacular!!
We just returned from the Brilliance in June and docked in Villefranche. We took the train from the dock where we tendered at Villefranche. It was 4.80 euros r/t. Monaco was only about a 15-20 minute train ride. Also from Villefranche Nice is only 7 miles east on the same train line where Monaco was west. While there we too toured the palace, the aquarium, and the casino area. It doesn't open until 2pm and costs 10E to get in with a picture ID. We walked to the casino from the train station and then took the bus to the palace area and back. You could do EZE or Nice on the same day as well if you have a full day. It's all beautiful
The trains are great - so clean and fast. We took the train to Manaco and saw the famous tunnel on the grand prix track, the palace and changing of the guard, the harbour with the yachts with butlers serving and their own helicopter and also the casino. You need a passport if you wish to enter the casino
