    Look at Carnival with their New H2O Clubs just for kids!!!!
    Check out RCI with their new ships! Freedom & Liberty both have water parks on-board!

    There once was an adults-only cruiseline (Renaissance???). Nowadays there are some that don't really cater to kids. A few have some ships that don't have a kids' center or program.

    But for the most part, most of them (practically every mass market line's ships) have some sort of program for the kids.

    It's up to the parents to check them out and ask questions.
