Thread: Cruising With Kids: Carnival Cruise Line

I haven't been through the process of getting a job with Carnival, but I would believe that they, and the other cruiselines, have a stringent background check to work in the kids' program. Many of the counselors/staff members in the past have told us that they are teachers (usually during winter break or summer when their schools aren't in session), camp counselors, others who have work experience dealing with kids. So not only will their ability to work creatively with children would be checked, but also any databases (Megan's, etc) will also be checked.
