Before we started booking an extra room for our girls our older daughter would go to the spa/exercise area and take her shower and dress there. It helped when all of us needed to dress for dinner at the same time. She said that there were very few people there that time of day/early evening... almost like having a huge private shower/dressing room

When we traveled with friends, the first time the kids got their own cabins, I was 14. Since we've stopped cruising with our friends, we've shared one cabin. We're usually only in the cabin to sleep, shower, and change, so it doesn't really matter to us if we share a cabin.

We've always had one inside or (upgraded to) oceanview room on our cruises. We also only book one room when we do hotels. I guess I just can't see paying extra for an additional room. I'd rather spend the money on other things. We have no problem sharing space with the four of us (me, DH, DS(14), and DD(11)). DH and I take a mom and dad vacation if we need some time away from the kids. On family vacations we stay together as a family.

I don't know of any, but there may be some.

That might pose some problems if 6 adults are sharing one suite. No privacy for "adult activities" as well as the bathroom sharing. I personally, would not want to share a cabin with another couple, much less 2 other couples.
