    Babysitting Services?

I know that most cruise lines offer nighttime babysitting services to relieve the parents so that the parents can have an evening to themselves.

Has anyone ever used these services? Do they cost a lot? What did you think about their services?

Are there limitations as to hours and ages?

We have used the kidsitting on Carnival and Princess. $5 per hour from 10pm to 1am. Basically, the kids watch movies or play video games. My girl liked it while she was much younger, but on this last cruise, she didn't want to be in kidsitting, as the kids there were usually much younger than she...and it was held in the Pelicans' (the 3-7 age group) room.

I know that there are things for the older kids to do. I know my teens were allowed in the club until 11pm by that time, we had our fun and was ready to spend family time in the cabin.
