We will be doing something similar to crewsin250. Our Scotland stops are Leith (Edinburgh) and Invergordon. We also stop in Barrow in Furness on the west side of England, so we might do a drive to Lockerbie and other places nearby from there.

I see this area of the board is relatively inactive as the last posting to this thread is back in May and its still on page one of the Europe board. Anyway, just wanted to add we just finished our first ever European vacation. We incorporated a 5 day cruise on the QE2 to Spain, France and the Channel Islands out of Southampton into our vacation. We then spent another week doing land travel afterwards.

I guess its now time to start a new thread for Europe 2008?
