    Nice pictures, Ken. I am not sure if you mentioned it, but is the Silk Den a lounge area outside Tamarind? It looks like the two complement each other very well.

    I can't believe all the space between the first row of seats and the stage at the culinary center. I would think that the seats would go all the way up to the presentation area for optimal viewing.

    Thanks Neal. I did not mention it but you are correct, Silk Den and Tamarind are across from each other. They do complement each other well.

    Even if the seats were closer to the set, you will still have a hard time seeing everything that's being prepared, hence the reason for the two large screen wall mounted TV monitors. The cameras are directed to the chef preparing the meals.
