There is a great website called Cruise TT Cruise TT : Your Cruise Ship And Port Timetable - Schedule for Cruise Ports and Cruise Ships that lists all cruise ports, and when ships are expected to visit. It looks like as of the 16th of May you can start expecting ships into Tallinn.

I can't see that the Queen Mary will be in this summer, but looks like you'll be seeing Queen Victoria a few times!
