Sue, before we sail the Solstice in December, give me a list of "I want to knows" and I'll try to gather information for you!
Garry
Garry, Thanks, I want to know everything and I want to GO NOW!! It will be good just to hear any thoughts that you have on the ship and see your pics. If I think of any thing specific before then I'll be sure to ask.
Yes, Sue, that was us. I guess I've been active on quite a few cruise boards and the names are so familiar. So I didn't meet you but will. OK. That works.
I know there are some people who have booked hotels like the Golden. Has anyone else done anything? Still trying to figure out if we are going to do an apartment near MaryTutor or a hotel. I thought the apt would work better since I need a fridge for meds. Then I found that some hotels, small or not, have them in the rooms. So that blows the apt need out of the window. Now we're looking for the best place, with the best price in the best location. Not asking too, am I?
I haven't forgotten the pictures, but we just got back from 4 days in Vienna and Hugo finally got the new broad-band connection set up about an hour ago. Now I just have to figure out how to post the pix so that they don't take a full page each. (I don't think you want all 40 of them) Can someone walk me through it?? I write lots, but don't have an awful lot of experience with graphics or pix (other than adding them to eMails).

I have been lurking on this site... I am from the other very busy site. Anyway, one way to do this is upload the photos to "Webshots"... there are others that do the same thing but I can't recall their names. Once you upload them, you then provide a link from a posting here.
I don't think there is an easy way to post them in the threads and I can't get the Gallery link to open. You could get an account with a photo-sharing service like Webshots or Shutterfly and upload them there.
Or, if you will e-mail them to Garry, we'll add them to our Webshots page and post a link to them. Her e-mail address is gkm278 at gmail dot com.
If you do that, split them so that there are no more than 4 or 5 per e-mail or she may not be able to receive them.
Our apologies for the Gallery not working at the moment. When we moved to the new server there was a glitch. Hopefully it will be up and running again very soon.

Thanks Bob and Esther! I'm sure I didn't do it the proper way, but I think I've gotten it to work on Snapfish. (I learned how to improvise - 30 years of being on stage teaches you important stuff like that!)
Here's the link (to 40 of the 100 or so pix we took on July 1) -- hope it functions: If so, ENJOY!
Great pictures Sharon! And what fun to see the Equinox being built. It looks like the aft corner suites have balconies that are at an angle and won't have a view of the wake or the opposite side from their balcony. I appreciate you taking so many shots of the aft. Would you mind if I post a couple of pictures here for those who don't want to join snapfinger? (We had to do that to see them).
