Sue, congratulations! I think there are a lot of people who are doing that, but don't know of anyone that posts over here. After doing a b2b this spring, Bob and I have decided that 4 weeks is a bit over our limit for being away from home. Of course, we could change our minds about that.

Garry, I'm a little concerned about the amount of time away from home too, but we really want to see the countries that are on the itinerary so we'll see how it works for us. We have a good home for Petey while we are gone so we won't have to worry about him being boarded. I think you should change your mind and join us

Thanks for the offer Sue, but I think I've seen all the ruins I want to see for a while. Besides, we're thinking about spending a week in Tuscany before the cruise. I'm sure you'll have a blast!

Hello - sorry to be so long in posting, but with 5 cruises and another place to post, it takes a lot of time to catch up with all of them. Anyway, Garry to answer your question, YES it was hot on Hilton Head, but with a beautiful breeze blowing along the beach while under my umbrella, with my drink in hand, it was a little slice of heaven. However, I am now peeling quite a bit because I stayed TOO LONG on the beach. I would do it again tomorrow if I could.

Anyway, back to cruising, anyone know a good hotel near the colleseum?

Hi everyone,

Looking forward to a vacation in Delaware this weekend. We will meet some Equinox cruisers in Wilmington on the way and then spend a week in Rehoboth Beach.

I do love Rehoboth. It's a throw-back to the days of small seaside towns. Lots of funnel cakes and salt water taffy, alongside great restaurants and tax-free shopping.

Waiting for Sharon's pix of the shipyard. Since we're not Aft Snobs, I guess we won't be disappointed.

Anyone made any more plans?
