Hello everyone. I was chatting off-line with a member of your group here and thought I would pop by and say hello. We have also added cruise air as a hedge against travel costs but do hope to find something better (who wouldn't?) before then. You have a very nice group here and I hope to see you all in the martini bar during the cruise.
As someone in your thread said, it's always nicer to cruise when you see familiar faces and friends you may not have met in person yet.
Hey Lee! Welcome to the friendly community of cruisers. Look around and join in any of our forums. By the way, you are allowed to mention travel agents and to mention other cruise boards (just don't link to them in your posts)

(Lee, you are most and truly welcome! If you can get Mike over here too, I'll be impressed.)

Yeppers, Andrew....we let most folks in over here as long as they behave!
Wish we were sailing with you guys this time.

I managed to get the shipyard to send me a different angle on the image of Solstice currently on their webcam that includes a more aft aspect. The link to the thread which includes details of how to get a larger pic is here:

Ruth, that's great! We really didn't get a chance to visit with them on the Connie cruise. Hopefully we can this time.
Phil, Bob and I have really been studying the aft picture. As far as we can figure out, we're on the very bottom deck and it looks like it's larger than the decks above us. Did you notice that?

Garry, I looked at that, but if you look at the image closely you can see the beginnings of the aft rail on the Continental Deck. It seems as though all the aft balconies are the same size and there will be a ledge that extends from the rail of our deck. I've zoomed in to show you.
