Thread: Equinox Oct 31, 2010 TA

Ann & Myself are doing this TA crossing this fall. Is anyone else on CLF sailing w/us? On another website there are >5000 posts for this cruise, lets see if we can catch them.

Gosh Paul! There's gotta be a whole lotta posting going on to make 5000 + posts in the short time left, but have at it!

Hope some of our folks are gonna be enjoying that transatlantic with you...I LOVE transatlantics for all the sea days!

I'm not on this sailing, but am on the equivalent in 2011! Would love to hear of your port plans and can't wait to hear a report of the whole thing when you get back! We've never been to Europe (except one ski trip to the Alps) and have never done a TA, so we are very excited. Please share your plans!

Many people have organized private tours that we have signed up to do.

Paul, I am going on the Equinox TA May 2, 2011. I would love to hear some of the port excursions you will be going on. I think I have the tours ready for Barcelona, Florence/Pisa and Rome(we are staying 2 days before return trip home). I am currently reviewing everything for Toulon(Provence).

Linda, Some of our TA ports are different than yours. We do not go to Toulon & have never been there, so cannot help. On our TA, we have been to all the ports a few times except for Monte Carlo & Canary Isl. Those are the only ones were we have excursions. Hooked up w/others on the cruise for private excursions. Your TA does not stop @ either port.

There are 369 posts on your cruise on the other cruise website I noted in my 1st post (my TA has >6500 post now). Send me a private message and I will give you a link if you do not know about it.
