Wow. That's nice. Thank you, I have never seen this.

Hi everybody - We're Dave and Louise from Vancouver, and we're on the B2B East Med and this T/A cruises.

I was on the Cruise Freek forum for a short while and just joined here and this is my first post. I might also mention we're also Cruise Critic members.

I was wondering if there are any other B2B members here, and do you have any "greet and meet" gatherings planned. I am trying to read the past postings but will take a while to catch up.

More later.

Hello Dave! There are a 'few of us' that are members here and on the CC board too. I recognize your screen name from the other site. I don't think that any of us are on the Ancient Empires so you may be the first among us to be taking both legs.

So, Welcome. And in no short time I am certain you will hear from all the others.

Hi FinelyCruising - Small world. Was hoping to get some new ideas for the ports on this cruise.

Chris - OUCH! What did you do to your hand?

Hi Dave, and welcome over here to Cruise Line Fans! It's a bit easier to keep up on this thread than on the one on Cruise Critic. I'm sure we will have a sail-away party when our cruise starts. That's a must! We'll be discussing it more as we get closer to cruise time.

Chris, what in the world did you do to yourself???

Bob and I are in Las Vegas for a few days with Joan and George (Ma Bell). We're having a great time. Last night we say Jersey Boys and tonight we're going to see the new Cirque du Solel show "Believe." I can't wait!

Dave- Right now what we have lined up is for Barcelona, where we are doing a private tour with a few others here, and in Tenerife several of us have the 4x4 booked. Lanzarote, a growing number of us will be on the Camels and Fire Mountain excursion; both of these through Celebrity.

I think for Cartagena I will want to enjoy what is nearby the port, it seems there is a good bit of very nice sights for a good walk about and I want to find a tapas bar along the way, which there seem to be plenty of.

For Marsailles, well that is up in the air still at this time, and for Palma I believe from those who have supplied information and have been there already, there are some nice sights, again, in the port proximity, so that is likely that will be what Ed and I chose to do.

So these may not be any newer ideas that what is being discussed elsewhere, but that's what's what for now.

What were you thinking about doing?

FinelyCruising - Those are some good ideas.

Marseilles - We were in France last summer and saw many of the major cities north of Marseilles, so we'll probably spend the afternoon walking around town.

Barcelona - Have been there before but would like to see the church again, and perhaps the Plaza Espana and area to the south. And I guess we'll have to walk the Ramblas too.

Palma - Have been there too, but only for a quick stop. So I guess we'll take in the major sights in town and a bit of shopping.

Cartagena - Haven't a clue.

Lanzarote - May rent a car and get out of town.

Tenerife - Same, rent a car and drive around and over the island.

Developed a case of 'trigger thumb' that needed to be corrected before it started to muck up the joint from excessive wear.

Strange name for it, but you can bet I won't be on the range shooting a 357 left-handed for a few weeks!

Am learning the hunt-and-peck style of typing with one hand vs. touch typing. Isn't it supposed to be done the other way around??? Sure is slow. I don't know how people can do it, but I'm sure they feel the same about touch typing. The tricky part is hitting the shift key!

Doc says 6 weeks until I can pretend we didn't hack and whack it, so NO golf until then.
