Beautiful, Phil. It sounds to me like maybe in the future we need to plan a cruise there. I'd love to go back.![]()

Hi all,
I have been getting things ready for our upcoming cruise so have neglected this thread for a couple of days. I had to laugh at Susan's comment about the other one. As much as I would like to keep current over there, I just can't as it's too much work.
hope all is well with you folks, Chuck

Yes!! thats a very good idea. Hope I can get to come along tooWeather I am cruising with you or not I will try to make it to Geirnager, you all have to come up to the old farm/country house for a Norwegian meal !!
You are hereby invited.
WOW!! Thank you for posting those pictures. They are simply stunning. There is nothing better then watching a cruise ship sail in the fjord!!!!!! I get all homesick here.....LOL...Our farm/country house is to the right in the pictures, on the sloapy roads.
The farm is now over 200 years old and its magical to spend time there. Much of the furniture are originals from 100-200 years back too. Last time I was there I found 2 Bibles dating back to 1740!!! I try to visit once a year but its not always possible. I was there last January as I have a piece of land I need to decide what to do with. Sell or build a logcabin..
The picture with the light shining across from the left is just out of this world!!!!!

Hi everyone.
My parents cruised the Fjords several years ago and it remains there favorite. It is on my list...so many cruises, so little vacation time.![]()

Wonderful pictures...I am sitting here smiling and feeling a bit pround too...LOL...Its funny how we apreciate things when we cant have them all the time.
When I grew up we spent almost all summers, christmases, holidays in Geiranger and I took the beauty for granted. It was normal and boring.
Now that I live in Spain, I cant get enough watching photos of back home.
here are some pictures we took in January this year.
a bit different maybe
