4 day Enchantment cruise in April

I am going on a 4 day cruise on the Enchantment in April. Has any one been on a four day cruise on this ship lately? Just wondering what to expect as far as dining and activities.

Here I am. Don't miss Chops, the specialty restaurant. The food in the dining room is very good, the service was a little spotty. The Windjammer buffet was very good and never too crowded. The burgers and pizza in the Solarium were mediocre at best.:thumbsdow

Activities include the bungee trampoline and rock-climbing wall, but only at certain times while at sea and never when windy. The traditional activities include bingo several times, the casino, art auctions, a passenger karaoke show, a piano bar, Viking Crown lounge for relaxation by day and disco by night. Bolero's, the Latin theme lounge is very nice. There is a small game room for kids. There was one wine tasting after leaving Key West. Please let me know if you have specific questions.:comp_surf

So there is a wine testing. Good I love wine. I thought it was only offered on the longer cruises.

What about dining. Did they have any semi or formal nights? And what about the food? What types of food did you have choice over?

There was one formal night, which was day 2 after Key West. No lobster on the menu, but plenty of good food to choose from. A NY strip steak was available every night, but otherwise the menu changed daily. There is a vegetarian choice each day, although I didb't try any. There is a pasta dish each night and a seafood selection and a chicken dish. They had barbeque chicken one night, which I had never seen on a cruise before. I had shrimp one night and London Broil another night. I had turkey and stuffing the last night and steak at Chop's on the 3rd night.

We had 7 at our table for dinner, 4 men and 3 ladies. All of the men thought the food was very good to great. All of the women thought it was average to good.
