Looks like there was a minor fire on Enchantment of the Seas involving a lifeboat.

Thanks for the information. Although I am sure it was 'minor' in nature it looks eeriely reminiscent of the Star Princess. Sent a shutter thru this cruiser. Once again, a fire on the outside of the vessel!:icon_smil :icon_smil :icon_smil

I know what you mean. I wonder if they had upgraded her to the new recommendations regarding combustables on the balcony and such?

Novedades (local newspaper) in Cancun reports that a short circuit caused a fire on a life boat while it was being lowered from the ship while in Cozumel. The fire was quickly extinguished and there were no injuries. Click here for a picture of the ship. The ship is Royal Caribbeans Enchantment Of The Seas

I hope that is smoke showing and not charring on the balconies above, must be if they say minor!!
