Thread: Enchantment of the seas special

Did anybody else see this on TV, had video and everything of them splitting and welding is apart and together.

They even asked the captain if it would float afterwards!!!

OH MY...I was thinking the same thing...I said to DH...WOW that is definately RCI...must be the Enchantment! I was going to ask around here today if anyone else saw it...I want to watch the special onTV...was it TLC or The Home and Garden channel...it was one of the "I have no life and watch this stuff on a Saturday night channels"

My guess would be TLC -

They are the ones airing a five part (yes, 5) series on the refurbishing of the Sovereign of the Seas. I get the impression it's one of those 'home make over' shows on steroids.

Rex I missed that and would like to catch it when it runs again............what channel?

Jim - if you are inaterested, the special on the Sovereign of the Seas (pts 1 & 2) airs tonight on TLC. 8pm eastern.The remaining episodes are next Sunday night.

Whether you are a RC fan or not.........I hope everyone took time to watch this last night..........what a great show..........reality TV to say the least.........can't wait to watch Part 3 and 4............

I forgot about it! Well, I can still catch the last couple of episodes next week. I need to set TIVO to record it now before I forget again!

It was amazing to see the obvious stress they have in trying to turn around the ship in just 23 days.........over 2,000 people ended up working on the refit in that 23 day period......over 1,000 workers alone were on the ship.

The show was great. looking forward to watching the rest of it.

Hopefully they are doing one on the Enchantment. That would be a good one too.
