    aft staterooms

    Hello,
I'm booking my first cruise and I've heard alot about the aft balconies being among the best.
Could anyone tell me if they think BB Baja b756 or b757 would be alright.
We can also get BB Riviera R746 or R747 and BA Lido L309-312 .
Thanks in advance for your help.

Oh sorry about that. I thought I was posting on the Emerald forum.

    It's ME that's sorry!
I didn't check which forum you were posting on!

The only aft facing cabins that you have mentioned are B756 and 757. Either of those would be great since they are in the very middle of the row of aft cabins.

R747 is the last cabin toward the aft on the starboard side...not an aft facing cabin. The diagram looks like the balcony is a little larger than the other cabins in that area, but sometimes the plans don't accurately depict size.

The cabins on Lido deck are pretty much mid ship.

If you want an aft (and I DO love those cabins myself) you would need to go with either one on Baha deck.

    Thanks for your reply.
I just added the other 2 because the riviera cabins are next to the pool terrace and the lido cabins are
right next to the main pool area. But maybe these ones would be noisy.

Sorry, no help on AFT Balcony cabins ... but we were on Emerald for 20 days in 2009 and a sister ship, Crown, last Thanksgiving so if you have other types of questions about the ship I'll try to answer.

On Emerald we were in a mini-suite, D722. On Crown we had a balcony C626 ... cat BA which had the larger balcony like a mini-suite.

    Have fun planning!
