Hi all,

Just trying to get information on the aft balconies on the Emerald. I am trying to get D735, but have been given E735 by my TA. Does it really make a difference? Maybe I'll forget the aft and just get a regular balcony? I do know these afts are the "beam" cabins. Any thoughts or experiences???

There is a lot of info out there on the aft cabins on the Grand Class ships.Some love them and some don't.
Personally I would go up to the Baja deck for an aft balcony.

We had a balcony mid ship on Baja and loved it. Very close to the atrium elevators so was convenient for anywhere we wanted to go.

I have stayed in many aft cabins and have been in D735 on the Crown not sure it will make any difference witch level you are at Like Reggie said some people prefer to be higher up just like hotels ,for the better view. I think the aft suites/rooms are the best no one can see you from the other levels and with only one room next to you it wil be plenty private. Everyone has their favorite spots the aft cabins are mine.

I have cruised out of San Fransisco many times and its the the best part of the cruise sitting on your deck watching the port as sun sets when you cruise away.
