Emerald Deck Noisy?
I am going to be on the Emerald deck of the Sapphire Princess. Is it a noisy place to be as it is right above the Promenade deck? Is there smoking on the Promenade? I am just wondering if I have to worry about the smoke drifting up to our floor.

Smoking is only allowed on the Port outside only. Don't worry about smoke drifting upward unless you're in port but I doubt you'll smell anything anyway.
