Thread: Egypt Private Excursions

We sailed into Alexandria on Princess Cruises and were greeted at the port by our excellent guide, Titto.
After a 3 hour hectic drive, we arrived at the famous Great Pyramid in Giza. What an experience. we were able to see and do all that we expected without interference from vendors and camel drivers. Seeing the pyramids and the Sphinx were quite the revelation, and the visit afterward to the Egyptian Museum in Cairo filled in the gaps of knowledge - showing us what has been removed from many of these tombs. What a day! And then we went on an evening cruise on the Nile

Our guide was very knowledgeable, courteous, and provided a high level of security. We were able to visit many wonderful sites. We felt very safe during our entire stay.
