Travel Agents in UK are now offering cut price all inclusive holidays to the Red Sea resorts going this coming week end.

Yesterday the UK Government chartered a plane to bring tourists back from Cairo, charging £300 ($450) per person. If you hadn't got the money you could not fly.

Egypt unrest: Protesters frustrate normalisation effort

    Problems still exist in Egypt

The BBC's Jon Leyne in Cairo says crowds of protesters formed a human chain around the Mugamma

    Egypt Unrest

Attempts to return Egypt to normality after two weeks of deadly anti-government protests have suffered a number of setbacks.
While banks have reopened, schools and the stock exchange remain closed, and protesters have prevented the re-opening of a major government building.

The Egyptian cabinet has announced a 15% rise in public-sector salaries and pensions, effective from April.
But the protesters continue to occupy Cairo's Tahrir Square.

This morning my husband read something about Princess canceling stops in Egypt as well. We are watching closely as we are due to cruise up through the Suez Canal in early April on the QM2. So far no information that anything has changed but I'm guessing the excursions at least will be canceled if not ports of call changed. This unrest is spreading. Hopefully it will end well with the people finding a better way of life after all this.
