The Millennium shows that it docks at Casa de Campo. Does it actually dock at the resort or just nearby? Can we get off and just walk around the resort area?
Any information greatly appreciated.

We were there a few years ago, but were tendered in from quite a way out. We played golf and didn't have time to di anything but buy a couple golf shirts and towels from the pro shop before we had to leave.
If anyone wants to know, the Teeth of the Dog is beautiful with the holes along the ocean.

I was there on the Costa Magica in March, 2007. The ship docks nearby. You won't tender if the Millennium is the only ship in that day.
You do have to take a taxi to the resort & marina in Casa de Campo. Taxis are available after you leave the secure area.
