Thread: How many cruise ships can be DOCKED in Dominica?

It's my understanding that Dominica has expanded facilities by digging more "deep water" docking to meet the needs of very large cruise ships.

( Read it is some Travel magazine ... dated July 2007 ... in the doctor's office yesterday....)

Wondering how many cruise ships are now able to dock (not tender) in Dominica at the same time and where this new cruise dock/terminal is located?

3 ships can dock, but each docks at a different area.

1. Roseau

2. Woodbridge Bay Port which is about a mile or so north of Roseau. I believe this is very industrial.

3. Cabrits which is near Portsmouth.

More than likely Roseau.

The Noordam docks at the Roseau terminal, unless there is a bigger ship than it in port that same day... in which case it will dock at the Woodbridge bay port.
