We cruised on the Disney Magic as a couple, left our daughter at home. We are huge Disney fans, so it was a natural progression for us. As a couple who love the mouse

, it was just a perfect experience for us. We loved the amazing shows, the theming of the ship, the activities and amazing staterooms. The adult activities were a lot of fun, and kept us busy every night with fun stuff like adult cabaret shows, comedy shows, scavenger hunts and gameshows. Honestly, I thought their adult stuff was better organized than I have seen on other ships. We hope to bring our daughter on a Disney ship one day, but alas, the big downside for Disney rears its ugly head... the cost.
We happened to get an amazing military rate the one time we cruised Disney, and have trouble imagining spending so much more for a similar experience to another line. We will do it again, with our daughter at some point, but it will be a special thing, unlikely to be oft repeated. I, for one, prefer more cruising over one super expensive cruise every few years.
