PORT CANAVERAL -- Children from the Boys and Girls Clubs across Central Florida returned from their adventures on the high seas Cruisin’ the Dream.
Disney invited kids, along with their families, to come aboard its newest cruise ship.
During their trip, the kids got to hang with Disney channel stars, even painting a giant mural with them.
The benefit preview cruise also helped raise money for the Boys and Girls Club.
In fact, just before setting sail, Disney presented the organization with a big donation of $750,000. That is 100 percent of the cruise fares, and is something Disney officials said is worth every penny!
The Boys and Girls Club of Central Florida helps some 1,200 kids each day in five different counties.
The organization hopes this donation will help them to serve at least 500 more.

Dream should be at sea right about now, Day 2 on her maiden voyage.
