How would you rate the Specialty restaurants on Disney??

I was on the Wonder, and don't recall it having a speciality restaurant.

Palo, the specialty resturant on Wonder was great, and at 10.00 per person the least expensive "Specialty Eats" on the major lines I have been on. Northen Italian done very well, with best marks for presentation and the service.
