Standard cabin - family with 3 small kids
Went on our first Disney cruise last January. Looking to book another one for this next January. We have two small kids and a standard cabin suits us fine. So, this question really isn't relative to me, but rather for my sister's family.
Disney's standard and deluxe cabins state 3-4 person capacity. My sister and her family would like to go on a cruise, but they have 3 children (9, 4, and 2). Will Disney allow them to have all 5 people in a standard or deluxe cabin? With two of the children being so small and young, they could easily fit five nicely in just a regular cabin.
Per the website, it seems they would have to go to a Deluxe family room with veranda. That pretty much doubles the cost of the cruise and puts it out of reach for them.
It seems silly that cost would go up so extraordinarily from a family with 2 kids versus a family with 3 kids.
