There have been no announcements yet from Disney Cruise Line on alternate ports because of the Swine Flu.
They still have plenty of time to make needed adjustments. Their next scheduled Mexican port stop is by the Magic, on May 6, in Cozumel.

Disney Magic will cancel its call in Cozumel on May 6 and will replace it with a call in Nassau. The cruise line has not yet announced any further changes.
